PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY:
Mrs. Joyce is a trained and refined educator, Counsellor and Coach in Lactation Management, Diabetes education and Reproductive Health for more than 37 years. Her dedicated services in the domains of Fertility health through outreach programs for Communities, schools and young adults is highly appreciated. She cherishes her advocacy roles in promotion of Breastfeeding and ‘Respect for Life’ movement. She has written articles to Local, National and International Publication, authored Medical Journal Book on Breastfeeding for Women Empowerment (2012); A Mother's Guide to Optimal Infant and young Child Feeding (2015). She is a resource person for Rural /urban slums, PHC, Nursing and Medical Colleges training programs. She has Co-ordinated with Ministry of Women and Child Development Government of India department of Food and Nutrition in promoting IYCF programs. She is a Member of BPNI (Breastfeeding Promotion Network of India) Delhi.
