- Donations made to Jyothirgamayee Foundation are voluntary and will not be refunded, except under extraordinary circumstances such as a duplicate transaction or an error during the donation process.
1.2 Duplicate Donations
- If you have inadvertently made a duplicate donation, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. Upon verification, we will process a refund for the duplicate amount.
1.3 Technical Errors
- In the event of a technical error during the donation process, resulting in an incorrect amount being charged, please notify us within 7 days. We will investigate and initiate a refund if deemed appropriate.
2. Cancellation Policy

- Donors who have set up recurring donations can cancel their contributions at any time. Please notify us at least 7 days before the next scheduled donation date to ensure the cancellation is processed in time.
